She offers life coaching services to women who want to realize their dreams and evolve personally and/or spiritually.
ELLEN CONDELLI is a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background spanning public instruction, healthcare, and aging. Her particular interests are issues that surface during middle and older adulthood such as care giving, life transitions, relationships and grief, to mention a few. NANCY CAVALLERO has been a long-time participant at the center, and for the past eight years, she has been learning and practicing women's rituals, a new passion. Over the years she has served the church in many capacities, including as director of religous education at a local parish.
NORMA FERRELL is a certified instructor of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis and Diabetes programs. She currently teaches Tai Chi for Health at The Cedars of Meadowmont, the Cornucopia Cancer Support Center, and the Integrative Health Center of Chapel Hill all in NC. Norma is massage and bodywork therapist licensed in the state of North Carolina and Nationally Certified.
STACY GROVE is a certified Health Rhythms Drum Facilitator who has collaborated with professional rhythm facilitators and medical staff using rhythm and sound for adult and children with special needs or illness. An Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Director, she has a private practice for clients seeking stress relief, spiritual guidance, and energy medicine to restore balance to the body's natural healing energies.
